Information you provide
When you contact support or submit a review, we receive the information you send. The review form collects your name, email, optional company/trade, rating, review and publication consent. Submissions remain private for review. Approved reviews may show your name, company/trade, rating and review; we do not publish your email address.
Purchases and payments
Checkout and digital delivery are handled by Payhip and payment processing by Stripe. They receive order and payment information under their own policies. BidArmor uses available order information to fulfill purchases and handle support, refunds and recordkeeping. We do not receive your complete card number through the website review form.
Basic website counts
Our website counts page loads, video starts and purchase-button clicks by day. This counter stores aggregate totals, not visitor profiles, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, URL parameters or unique visitor identifiers. It uses no tracking cookie and does not connect website activity to a purchase. Counts may include repeats or bots. Our hosting provider also processes normal connection and server-log information to deliver and secure the site.
The counter respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also opt out below; this saves an essential preference in this browser's local storage.
Other providers and email
Hosting and email providers process information needed to run the site and support inbox. Payhip has its own analytics and privacy practices. We have not enabled a Meta advertising pixel or Google Analytics tag on this website in this release. Optional marketing email signup, if offered, is separate from necessary order delivery and support. You can unsubscribe from marketing using its provided controls.
Retention and choices
We retain order and support records as needed to provide service and meet recordkeeping requirements. Reviews are retained for moderation and approved publication; contact us to request correction or removal. We review records periodically and remove information no longer needed. Security and legal requirements may limit deletion. Contact support to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided.
